I like rucking, but be careful before you go all-in on this popular workout fad

I've rucked — or hiked with a backpack with weights to push my body harder — over the last couple of months, and I enjoy the challenge. But if you're planning to get into rucking, you should be forewarned that it's not the magical, pain-free workout people make it out to be.
