The phone succeeds the Galaxy A50 and the Galaxy A50s that were launched last year. Samsung has launched just a single variant of the Galaxy A51 in India, featuring 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. Priced at ₹23,999 ($337), the Galaxy A51 will be sold in the country through online as well as offline stores starting January 31. Consumers who purchase the phone from Amazon.in using Amazon Pay will be eligible to receive up to 5 percent cashback. Samsung is also offering one-time free screen replacement to buyers in the country.

The latest mid-ranger from Samsung comes with a 6.5-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also offers a 12MP ultra-wide lens, 5MP macro camera, and a 5MP depth sensor. Other key highlights of the mid-range phone include a 32MP selfie camera, USB Type-C port, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
