Honor today unveiled a new phone that has been designed for people who love big screens. Dubbed X10 Max, the phone offers dual-mode 5G connectivity as well and promises impressive battery life (via GSMArena).
The new Honor X10 Max has a 7.09-inch FHD+ IPS display with a waterdrop notch and HDR10 compliance. It is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 800 5G chipset, which has been paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. In the camera department, the X10 Max features a dual-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, the phone is equipped with an 8MP camera on the front. It also packs a large 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging. On the software side of things, the X10 Max runs Android 10-based Magic UI 3.1.
Honor X10 Max will be going on sale in China from tomorrow in silver, blue, and black color options. The 6GB/64GB version of the phone has been priced at 1,899 yuan ($269), while the 8GB/128GB version willl cost 2,499 yuan ($354). Honor is also offering a 6GB/128GB version of the phone for 2,099 yuan ($297). As of now, Honor hasn't announced any plans of launching the X10 Max in markets outside China.
Along with the X10 Max, the Huawei sub-brand also launched the Honor 30 Lite in its home market today. The Honor 30 Lite comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G chipset, triple rear cameras featuring a 48MP main sensor, and a 4,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging. The phone will be going on sale in China from July 8 for a starting price of 1,699 yuan ($240).
